This portal is a result of a joint research project of FIT CTU and ZCU supported by ELIXIR CZ. It is now an early stage of a working prototype, which we hope will gradually mature into a professionally crafted tool.

Current application version is v2.4.2 and last update was on 3/24/2019.
Current model was updated on 2/26/2024.

The source code is released under the open Apache 2.0
